Scheduled Start/Finish notifications

Providing a list of upcoming project tasks and activities that must start or finish within defined timeframes (bi-weekly or monthly), to the site supervisor.

Project Monitoring Updates

This service includes the following core components:

  1. Publishing regular project status reports at agreed intervals consisting of Earned Value Analysis forecasting results and Scheduled Start / Finish notifications for the next status report period, including graphs, tables, and a brief expert note.
  2. Updating and re-estimation of project schedule and financial plans due to applicable changes in workload and cost estimations aligned with each status report.

Project Management & Control

Sub-contractors Coordination

High level coordination contacts with sub-contractors to make sure they are aware of the planned start dates and the sequence of tasks and identifying any schedule conflicts that require proactive planning adjustments.

Assisted Site & Financial Data Collection

Contacting the site super and the project bookkeeper on a regular basis as per needed during each agreed status report interval to engage and review the project data collection process for an increased simplicity and accuracy. (Lower expert judgement capabilities required on your side)

Actual payables Consideration

The bookkeeping information of on-account or full payments to sub-contractors and suppliers will be collected and included in our financial analysis to reach more helpful and tangible information regarding financial resources requirement and allocation.

Budget threshold alerts * FEATURED

We obtain the project budget flexibility and thresholds at the beginning of the project and accordingly, as a featured output of our in-house data analysis system, will set up an automation on our data analysis system to alert at each agreed reporting intervals when a threshold break is identified or predicted.

Project Control Updates

This service includes the following core components:

  1. Followed by client confirmation at each agreed reporting intervals, corrective control boundaries or approved changes in remaining planned costs and activities will be applied, and the project schedule, budget will be re-estimated and re-evaluated accordingly.
  2. The project regular status reports will include meaningful details under project control observation that will be a strong base of discussion and expert advisory MEMO if requested by the client through Advanced services.

Project Control Advisory MEMO

If a problem solving advice or an expert review of project status is requested by the client, an specialized advisory MEMO based on a huge variety of analyzed data by our in-house data analysis system will be developed and provided. Also, online or in-person meetings will be available if further clarification or discussion is required.


Pre-construction services2

City DP & BP

Project Development and Building permits process will be handled by our licensed builder company (under our license or yours as per the agreement) from gathering and submitting the required documents, communicating with city references and the client company to solve the deficiencies and obtaining the permits.

Engineering Coordination

We hire engineering teams for Architectural, Structural, Energy advisory, and any other type of engineering services, then plan and coordinate a smooth flow of information to obtain the proper deliverables within planned timeframe and least re-works before and during permit process.
